Our Front Desk
Our front desk team consists of well trained and helpful personnel. They are able to assist you in making appointments and making your visit pleasant. Please be advised that we require all of our patients to annually update your address, phone numbers and insurance information. Our office requires that you provide us with a current insurance card(s) at each visit.

The Business Office
As a courtesy to you we file many forms of insurance, including Aetna PPO MC & EC, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PMD and PPO), CCN Network, Choice Care, First Health PPO, Gulf Health Plans, Medicare, The Oath, One Health Plan, Prime Health (EMO Only), Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), ProAmerica, TriCare (except Prime), United Healthcare HMO & PPO, Viva, and many other insurance providers. If you are uncertain whether or not we are providers for your insurance company, please call the business office. However, we wish to state that all patients are ultimately responsible for their medical charges. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. There is a $20 service charge on all returned checks. Again, you are advised to bring your current insurance card or cards at each office visit.
