During my last visit to the doctor, I was very displeased with cleanliness of the office. There were several urine cup samples in the window waiting to be picked up. The bathroom smelled of urine before I entered. The examination room also had a horrible stench. I brought it to the attention of the nurse and the doctor. Their reply was they didn't smell anything. However, they apologized and I was told let's hurry up and get you out of here, so I won't have to bare the smell. No full exam was done, so I'm not expecting a bill for full service.

My experience with Dr. Val-Gallas has always been great! Both he and his staff, as well as the office staff have always gone out of their way to make you comfortable and at ease.

Dr Herrera truly is the BEST! He delivered my two daughters back in 2001 and 2007 and he also performed a full hysterectomy on me in 2022. Absolutely love this office and the staff. The girls at the front desk were friendly. My appointment was on time, I wasn’t even finished completing paperwork before I was taken back by the nurses.
